I ordered 50 pcs of Rolawn Medallion Turf (order number W004048- 547JEW) online. There is no product review on the website, so I'm writing here. The quality of turfs were very low, lots of holes in it, cut sizes are very irregular. So I ended up with very difficult situation laying the lawns.

I complained the situation to customer.feedback at jewson.co.uk. Stephen from Cambridge office came back to me but never responded back for a solution.

Don't supply if the quality of turfs are not good!

Went into North Shields branch 10th January, order was easy to do and delivery has been completed, can't thank the staff at this branch enough. Used them last year too for internal doors, brilliant service, thank you

I had a problem with some slightly warped timber that I was using for some shelves, but customer services were straight onto it, and Dan at the Morecambe branch was very accommodating and cut some replacement pieces for me on the spot.

I've ordered items on-line several times from Jewson Martlesham (Ipswich). Each time a message comes up saying 'your order will be available to collect on this day from this time' You go to collect - They struggle to find the order, your sent out to speak to people in the yard and they have to go looking for the item. Such a waste of time (mine!) If you've ordered and paid in advance why is the item never put out in advance?

I cannot thank one employee from Jewson's Billericay enough! I am not a diy expert! I just bought a house and had googled how to fix certain aspects... I did not think about everything! One member of the Billericay team went outside to get my skirting boards and came back, I realized they wouldn't fit in my car. They were so supportive! Suggestive ways and cutting them to size for me! Cannot thank them enough! I wish I'd gotten the name!!!

They wrote to me in October offering a trade account and offering a free bulk bag of sand......Too good to be true,of course it was.Had a conversation with the branch manager as staff were unhelpful and "knew nothing" It became obvious during the conversation that I was not a big enough customer to be entitled to the free bag of sand. Misleading advertising .Should have read "free bag of sand for people who matter" like many others writing reviews here I obviously didn't

I am owed a refund but I have to wait until their supplier refunds them? Customer service is useless.

We are builders and regularly use the Crediton branch, always found the whole team friendly and helpful.
Even when we have had any issues, they are prompt to help resolve them, and satisfactorily.
Enquires are responded to efficiently and if they have no stock in our local branch they are very helpful in finding the nearest branch with stock.

I have only used the Brixham branch (0792) a few times but on each occasion I have found the team there, including Naomi and 'new boy' Ian, to be pleasant and courteous on arrival and helpful with my straightforward purchase.

Went into the Paignton Branch to buy an electrical socket no welcome but on putting the item on the counter the 2 Chaps behind were too busy on their mobile phones and did not look up eventually they did and scanned the socket whilst still looking at their phone amazing Service NOT !!!!!!!
